Recongnized expert in Federal cost/pricing and proposal development with more than 30 years of experience. Evelyn has assisted in over $4 billion in contract awards and has had senior oversight of more than 5,000 cost/price proposals in the past 14 years.

Marie Jarabak

Vice President

Business Operations, Integration, Cost/Pricing, and Corporate Management expert with over 15 years in Federal contracting experience. Marie has full proposal lifecycle expertise and has supported over 4,500 proposals with over $2 billion in awards over the past 13 years.

An experienced pricing strategist with expertise in federal contracting, cost estimating, semi regulated industry proposals (energy/utilities and state and local government), international development, and competitive assessments and analysis. Phil uses analytical and critical thinking to assess problems and develop solutions that give his client's the best chance at success. 

Christopher Wicke

Principal Pricing Strategist

Over 20 years of project management experience, the last 15 years leading and developing winning pricing and proposal strategies, working cross-functionally at the micro and macroscopic levels to deliver a final, compliant, competitive proposal. Chris' expertise includes international pricing strategy, data analysis, data gathering, data compilation, modeling and forecast, proposal writing, proposal review, and project management.
